A distinctive Extra Pale Ale from Beartown Brewery, showcasing the expressive character of Australian Ella hops. Originally developed when Southern Hemisphere hops were still unusual in traditional British cask beer, Ellava Bear pushed brewing boundaries with whirlpool and cold-hop additions. These techniques bring delicate stone fruit flavours, a gentle tropical lift and a clean, refreshing finish. Brewed with extra pale, wheat, Caramalt and Munich malts, this 4.6% ABV pale ale combines innovative hopping with an approachable drinking experience. A personal favourite of the brewery's team, Ellava Bear remains a celebration of forward-thinking British brewing.
