A clean and crisp 5% Kölsch-style ale from Belschnickel, inspired by the brewing traditions of Cologne, Germany. Yorkshire Alaaf combines delicate balance with subtle fruity notes produced by its distinctive Kölsch yeast, creating a refreshing beer that bridges the characteristics of lager and ale. Its name references the traditional Cologne carnival cheer 'Alaaf', meaning 'above all', celebrating the city's cultural heritage while bringing a Yorkshire identity to this classic German beer style.
