Imperial Yorkshire Stout

A rich and complex limited-edition Imperial Stout from Black Sheep Brewery in Masham, North Yorkshire, brewed just once a year in small quantities. Imperial Yorkshire Stout combines a generous selection of dark malts with the brewery's house yeast to create a powerful 8.4% winter warmer. Pouring a deep ruby colour, it releases aromas of syrupy malt sweetness, dark fruit, liquorice and subtle hops. The palate delivers indulgent layers of roasted coffee, rich chocolate and dark fruits, complemented by a distinctive peppery hop character. Despite its substantial strength and malt complexity, the beer finishes wonderfully dry, making it an ideal choice for slow appreciation or pairing with intensely flavoured foods such as blue cheese.
