A barrel-aged, mixed-fermentation sour beer featuring Morello cherries grown at Silkwood Orchard in Kent. Blended from beers aged in Médoc and Sangiovese wine barrels, it combines intense cherry aromas with old oak character. Bright, drying acidity leads into rich, jammy cherry tart flavours, creating a complex and vibrant fruit sour with depth from its time in wood.
