About this beer

A bold and complex West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration between Suffolk's Burnt Mill Brewery and Clapton Craft. Field Trip celebrates the classic character of American West Coast IPAs, combining a chewy malt foundation with assertive dank bitterness and vibrant grapefruit and berry notes. Columbus and Centennial hops are layered throughout the boil and whirlpool, while Mosaic Cryo is introduced through a hop dip to enhance its expressive aromatic character. Further additions of all three hop varieties in pellet, cryo and liquid forms create remarkable depth, delivering a multilayered balance of resinous bitterness, bright citrus and juicy fruit. At 6% ABV, this gluten-free IPA offers a satisfyingly bold, hop-forward drinking experience with plenty of complexity and refreshing bitterness.
