A traditional Bavarian-style Wheat Beer from Burwell Brewery, brewed without the additional orange peel or coriander commonly associated with Belgian wheat beers. Stefans' Mühle is a refreshing, naturally produced wheat beer best enjoyed chilled, particularly on warm summer days. Its name translates to Stevens' Mill, celebrating the last working mill in Burwell, which marked its 200th anniversary in 2020. Once operated by the Stevens brothers, the historic mill is now preserved as part of Burwell Museum.
