Very Big Moose 2026 - Bourbon Edition

A rich, velvety imperial stout brewed with cacao and vanilla before being matured for six months in bourbon barrels. Aromas of espresso, chocolate ganache and toasted oak lead into indulgent flavours of cacao, dark chocolate liqueur and burnt sugar. Bourbon cask ageing adds depth and complexity to Fierce Beer's signature Very Big Moose recipe, creating a smooth and powerful 12.5% stout.
