The beer that started it all for Low Quay Brew Co, Pale is a bold yet balanced 4.5% Pale Ale brewed with Centennial and Simcoe hops. Bursting with zesty citrus, pine resin and subtle floral undertones, it delivers expressive hop character supported by a moderate malt backbone. Its crisp, refreshing finish allows the hops to take centre stage without overwhelming the palate. A versatile and approachable pale ale that celebrates the brewery's beginnings and its passion for hop-forward beers.
