My Sour Is An Honor Student At...

A rich and fruity Blackberry and Blueberry Sour from Pretty Decent Beer Co, inspired by comforting autumn puddings and indulgent dark berry desserts. My Sour Is An Honor Student At... pours a vibrant burgundy colour, delivering an expressive combination of juicy blackberries and blueberries with a lively sweet-and-tart character. The addition of lactose softens the acidity and creates a smooth, creamy impression reminiscent of pouring fresh cream over a bowl of seasonal berries. Banana adds another fruity dimension to the recipe, while a touch of salt helps round out the flavour profile. At 5.5% ABV, this dessert-inspired sour balances bold berry flavours, refreshing tartness and a satisfyingly smooth finish.
