A rich and full-bodied premium bitter from Purple Moose Brewery, brewed in the coastal town of Porthmadog in North Wales using fresh mountain water from Snowdonia. Whakahari is part of the brewery's Core Cask range and combines pale, crystal and red crystal malts to create a beautifully balanced amber ale. Pouring a clear amber colour, this 4.3% bitter delivers inviting aromas of toffee, citrus, delicate florals, pine and subtle vanilla. A smooth malt backbone provides depth and gentle caramel sweetness, complemented by refreshing citrus hop notes and a satisfying, well-rounded finish.
