A Braggot built around an Imperial Stout aged in Oloroso sherry barrels before being refermented and further aged on Scottish honey. Honeysuckle, heather flowers and roasted cacao nibs add floral, honeyed and chocolate character alongside the rich, vinous influence of the sherry casks.
