A rich and intensely roasted black lager brewed in collaboration with Scotland's Newbarns Brewery, inspired by a historic London Black Lager from 1930. Using an unusual brewing technique, a portion of the wort is boiled down into a concentrated syrup before being reunited with the remaining wort. This creates exceptional malt depth and richness while retaining the clean, crisp character of a traditional lager. Full-bodied, deeply roasted and remarkably smooth.
