Dry Stout Cascade

About this beer

A light-bodied yet flavourful dry stout from London's The Kernel Brewery, offering a refreshing alternative to richer, heavier dark beers. Inspired by the easy-drinking character of the brewery's Table Beer, Dry Stout Cascade combines roasted, biscuity and savoury dark malt flavours with the bright aromatic qualities of Cascade hops. Generous kettle hopping and dry hopping introduce a lively contrast to the roasted malt character, creating a distinctive balance of depth and freshness. At 4.6% ABV, this dry-finishing stout delivers satisfying complexity without excessive weight, showcasing a modern, hop-forward interpretation of dark beer.
