Love Among the Ruins

A complex barrel-aged sour red ale fermented with Belgian yeast and matured in Burgundy barrels with cherries for over a year. Brettanomyces, Pediococcus and Lactobacillus build layered acidity around rich fruit, malt and yeast character, finishing crisp and refreshing.
