Intrados

A vibrant and fruit-packed Mango Sour from Dorset's 8 Arch Brewing, returning for 2026 as a revival of the brewery's first-ever sour beer. Intrados is fermented using a lactic acid-producing yeast to develop its distinctive tart character, before receiving an addition of more than 100 kilograms of fresh mango purée. The result is a refreshing combination of bright acidity and generous tropical fruit flavour, celebrating the juicy sweetness of mango. At 4.2% ABV, this lively and approachable sour offers a sunshine-inspired drinking experience.
