A seasonal fresh-hop beer from Lincolnshire's 8 Sail Brewery, celebrating the distinctive character of freshly harvested hops. Greenman is brewed using hops picked from the farm within 48 hours of brewing, before they have undergone the drying process normally used in commercial hop production. These fresh or green hops bring a unique seasonal character to the beer, reflecting the qualities of the harvest. The hop varieties change each year depending on the farms and varieties available during the narrow brewing window. Traditionally brewed during October.
