An experimental Single Malt and Single Hop beer from Lincolnshire's 8 Sail Brewery, designed to showcase the individual characteristics of brewing ingredients. SMASH uses a single base malt and a single hop variety, allowing their distinctive flavours and aromas to take centre stage. The hop selection changes between batches, creating opportunities to explore different expressions of the same simple brewing concept. At 4.3% ABV, this rotating release traditionally appears during April and July.
