A rich and complex 8.4% Barrel-Aged Imperial Plum Porter from Amity Brew Co, released as part of its limited 2026 Double Barrel series. Based on the brewery's Amethyst Grand Cru, this special edition was brewed with plum purée before spending twelve months in Bushmills whiskey barrels. Pouring jet black with a burnt caramel head, it delivers luscious sweet plum flavours followed by dark chocolate and roasted coffee bitterness. Oak ageing introduces warming vanilla notes, creating a thick, full-bodied porter with remarkable depth and complexity. Only two barrels were produced.
