A bright and refreshing Pale Ale from Amity Brew, created as part of the brewery's Edition series exploring the distinctive flavours and aromas of individual hop varieties. Third Edition showcases Elani, a relatively new hop discovered growing wild in Idaho in 2021, supported by a small addition of Citra. A biscuity malt base of Vienna and Pilsner malts combines with clean LAX West Coast yeast to allow the hops to take centre stage. At 3.8% ABV, this lively pale ale delivers vibrant aromas of pineapple and guava, complemented by fruity, floral and citrus notes before finishing with delicate white peach. Crisp, fresh and highly drinkable, Third Edition celebrates the tropical character of Elani hops.
