Experiments in Evil Brett #3

The third Brett-fermented release in Ampersand's Experiments in Evil series, aged for more than two years in rum barrels with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis Trois Vrai. Rich dark chocolate and roasted coffee flavours from the Imperial Stout are joined by subtle sourness, ripe pear and complex funky fermentation character.
