A distinctive Farmhouse Table Witbier from Suffolk's Artefact Brewing, created in collaboration with All Day Brewing Company to celebrate Artefact's fifth birthday. Bucking Trends combines heritage Hana malt with an experimental addition of buckwheat, bringing an unusual grain character to this refreshing, lower-strength beer. At 3.2% ABV, it delivers bright lemon notes alongside earthy undertones from the buckwheat, which carry through from the aroma into the flavour. A lively, zippy and tart finish completes this creative interpretation of a farmhouse wheat beer, celebrating the spirit of experimentation and independent brewing.
