A complex and refreshing 3.7% barrel-fermented Table Beer from Balance Brewing & Blending. Brewed with Golden Promise, wheat and rye malts, Empty Chair combines four barrels fermented with Saison yeast, Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. Dry hopped at 6g/L with Bramling Cross using both pellets and whole leaf hops, it delivers expressive notes of zesty citrus and Chardonnay grape skin. Gentle bitterness gives way to a lingering, resinous finish, creating a beautifully layered and characterful beer that balances rustic fermentation complexity with refreshing drinkability.
