A barrel-aged Wild Ale blended from three barrels filled in 2022 and fermented with saison yeast, Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces before six months on carbonically macerated British blackberries. Bright acidity and tart hedgerow fruit meet tannic structure, funk and minerality, with a vinous character and long fruity finish.
