A cherry wild ale blending barrel-aged beers fermented with Balance's house culture and aged for nine months on carbonically macerated British Morello cherries. Intensely fruity and funky with bright acidity, woody vanilla and marzipan over a tannic, wine-like structure and an oaky toasted-almond finish.
