A single-variety Chisel Jersey cider, spontaneously fermented before ageing for nine months in an American oak Bordeaux barrel with Balance's house culture. Bold tannins and bright acidity frame tropical fruit and juicy character, finishing crisp and dry with pineapple and straw-like funk.
