The twelfth iteration of Balance's house Saison, blending barrel-aged beer with an average age of 18 months and fermented with the brewery's house culture. Golding, Fuggle and Pilgrim hops accompany tart citrus, pineapple, peach, earthy spice and funk, with delicate tannins, vanilla and honeysuckle on the finish.
