Goosefoot

A crisp and characterful 3.9% Pale Ale brewed by Barney's Beer in collaboration with Buxton Brewery, celebrating the distinctive qualities of British-grown hops. Goosefoot showcases UK-grown Chinook and Cascade in the kettle, complemented by a cold-side addition of Citra. Together, these hops deliver rich herbal and piney aromas alongside refreshing citrus flavours of tangerine and grapefruit. A traditional malt bill of Maris Otter, Caramalt and torrified wheat provides a balanced foundation, while S-04 yeast contributes to the beer's classic pale ale character. Cool, crisp and subtly complex, Goosefoot combines refreshing citrus with satisfying bitterness in an approachable, sessionable beer.
