A rich and golden 8.3% Belgian Tripel from Beer Me Brewery in Eastbourne, Sussex. Inspired by traditional Trappist brewing, this strong ale combines Belgian malts and noble hops with star anise, black pepper, coriander, cloves and orange peel. The result is a complex, warming beer with an expressive spicy character. Top-fermented and lagered, it is produced using an all-grain recipe without added sugar or artificial additives, and is presented unfiltered and unpasteurised.
