Limelight

About this beer

A light and refreshing 4% lemon and lime lager from Beyond Belief Brewing, combining bright citrus flavours with an innovative approach to sustainable brewing. Limelight is produced using a base of 50% malted barley and 50% surplus pasta, with Magnum hops providing balance. The addition of juice from wonky lemons creates a sweet, zesty citrus character, making this crisp, easy-drinking lager particularly refreshing on warmer days. A distinctive beer that turns surplus food ingredients into a flavourful brew.
