Bini Brew's flagship 4.3% Hazy Pale Ale, fermented with New England yeast and generously hopped with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic. Under The Manhole Cover delivers punchy tropical fruit aromas supported by a bold, bitter backbone, creating a distinctive balance between juicy hop expression and assertive bitterness. Its hazy appearance and expressive fermentation character bring modern brewing influences to a refreshing, approachable pale ale. A core release showcasing the brewery's hop-forward approach.
