A West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with Nottingham blackened sludge band Tomb Slab. Multiple additions of whole-leaf hops in the kettle build layers of assertive bitterness, while a generous addition of Eggers Hops Nelson Sauvin during conditioning brings distinctive New Zealand hop character. A touch of Carared malt provides subtle sweetness, balancing lingering American-style bitterness with bright Antipodean hop notes.
