Bocs Du

A juicy and sessionable 3.4% Pale Ale brewed by Bluestone Brewing Co in collaboration with Bocs Du, a street food restaurant based in Cardigan, West Wales. Bocs Du showcases the expressive combination of Strata and Mosaic hops, creating a fruit-forward beer designed for easy drinking at a lower strength. The pairing of these popular American hop varieties brings an aromatic, modern character to this refreshing session pale ale. Celebrating the close connection between Bluestone and the Cardigan food scene, this collaboration combines a shared passion for independent Welsh food and drink with a flavourful, approachable brewing style.
