North Is North is a hazy IPA fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast before undergoing a long, slow period of cold conditioning. El Dorado and Hallertau Blanc hops provide juicy tropical fruit, pear, citrus and white wine-like flavours. Soft and aromatic with a clean finish, it combines expressive fermentation character with modern hop intensity.
