A bold and focused IPA from Camden Town Brewery, designed to showcase the distinctive character of Simcoe hops. Brewed with Pilsner, Extra Pale, Aromatic and Cara malts alongside clean Californian ale yeast, this 5.8% IPA allows its expressive American hop profile to take centre stage. CTZ and Simcoe are added in the kettle, followed by further Simcoe additions in the whirlpool and dry hop, including concentrated Simcoe Cryo hops. The result is a modern, hop-forward IPA celebrating the complexity of a carefully selected hop combination. Available exclusively through Camden's webshop and beer hall.
