A distinctive Czech-inspired cask pilsner from Cheviot Brewery, first brewed for The Curfew Micropub's Oktoberfest celebration in 2019. Pronounced 'co-pets', Kopec combines traditional lager malt with Czech Kazbek hops to create a mellow and refreshing interpretation of a classic Bohemian pilsner. Delicate mixed fruit aromas, bright citrus and gentle spice complement a smooth, sweet malt character and restrained hop bitterness, resulting in a balanced and moreish 5% cask lager.
