A blend of one, two and three-year-old spontaneously fermented golden ales aged in neutral French oak and refermented on UK-grown Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grape pomace. Citrus peel and red berry character combine with bright acidity, soft floral notes and oak before a complex, bone-dry finish.
