A blend of one, two and three-year-old spontaneously fermented golden ales aged in neutral French oak, refermented on whole-bunch Pinot Noir grown in Herefordshire and finished with plum stones. Red berries, grape must and cherry skin combine with bright acidity, delicate tannins, gentle oak and a crisp, dry finish.
