Cowcatcher combines Chinook and Cascade hops to deliver bright citrus flavours and expressive floral aromas, supported by a clean and balanced malt backbone. At 4.8% ABV, this vegan-friendly pale ale offers refreshing hop character with an approachable drinking experience. Named after the distinctive protective grille fitted to old American steam locomotives, Cowcatcher brings together American brewing inspiration and East London's independent beer heritage. Awarded Gold in the Pale Ale category at the CAMRA 2025 London Cask Beer Awards.
