A vibrant gluten-free pale ale showcasing Nelson Sauvin, Enigma and Galaxy hops. Aromas of lemongrass and white grape lead into juicy flavours of doughnut peach, passion fruit and ripe grapes. Layers of expressive hop character are balanced by a fresh, clean bitterness from Galaxy. Unfined, unfiltered and unpasteurised, with gluten removed during production.
