A rich and indulgent 5% Crème Caramel Stout brewed by Elusive Brewing in collaboration with Birmingham's Attic Brew Co. Extra Elf takes inspiration from the classic dessert, combining Belgian Biscuit malt and golden naked oats with generous additions of organic vanilla and natural caramel flavouring. The result is a sweet, malt-forward stout with layers of biscuit, caramel and smooth vanilla character. Brewed without lactose, it offers a decadent yet balanced interpretation of a dessert stout without becoming an overly sweet pastry beer.
