A classic East Coast IPA from Elusive Brewing, created in collaboration with Independent Salford Beer Festival. Manhattan takes inspiration from a beer originally brewed by Garrett Oliver at Manhattan Brewing Company for the 1994 British Guild of Beer Writers event, 'The USA Revival of IPA'. This 6% IPA celebrates the early American craft beer movement, combining traditional Goldings hops with American Cascade to deliver distinctive notes of orange citrus. A tribute to the historic revival of India Pale Ale in the United States, Manhattan brings together British brewing heritage and pioneering American hop character in a classic, flavourful IPA.
