Added to the brew alongside First Gold, Celeia and Mistral hops, the elderflowers impart delicate floral aromas and a refreshing fragrance. Pale malted barley creates a light golden colour, while the combination of flowers and hops delivers a crisp, elegant and highly drinkable summer ale.
