Organic Table Saison No. 3

A blend of three barrels of wild-fermented beer from the 2022 and 2023 coolship seasons, refermented on organic Oronule clementines. Sharp citrus acidity leads into earthy wild-fermentation complexity, followed by a very dry, slightly mineral finish and balanced bitterness from the clementine peel.
