Barrel Aged Baltic Porter with Brettanomyces

A dark and complex cold-fermented Baltic porter aged in barrel for a year with Brettanomyces. Eleven malts and five European hops create layers of rich chocolate, figs and dates, complemented by fruity, vinous and funky Brett character with subtle pepper and dark fruit.
