A very pale ale developed to showcase Mosaic hops, bringing aromas and flavours of blueberry, tangerine and papaya. Hallertau Blanc adds lemongrass and passion fruit, while Carapils and malted oats provide lightly toasted complexity and a fuller mouthfeel.
