A complex, Jenever barrel-aged Flanders Red-inspired sour brewed in collaboration with Amsterdam's Homeland Brewery. A four-month-old Flanders Red blend was aged for approximately ten months in two barrels previously used for Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper spirit. Aromatic and deeply layered, with notes of balsamic vinegar, florals, blackberry, juniper and oak, showcasing the distinctive character of the barrels.
