A distinctive coolship stout brewed using historic British techniques, heritage floor-malted barley, regeneratively grown wheat and single-farm British hops. Smooth, gentle roasted malt combines with caramelised fig jam sweetness, rich biscuit notes and an intriguing underlying fruitiness developed through the coolship process.
