A distinctive 5% Pilsner brewed in collaboration between Left Handed Giant and Woodshedding, inspired by the traditional lagers of Southern Bavaria. Herb combines heritage Plumage Archer barley, gently kilned by Warminster Maltings, with raw YQ wheat grown in Somerset to create a delicate, straw-coloured beer. A generous addition of hops sourced from Germany's Tettnang region introduces subtle lemon peel and pine notes. Celebrating traditional European lager brewing with a South-West English influence, this collaboration showcases carefully selected grains and expressive hop character.
