Monkey Brewhouse's first Imperial Stout is a rich and complex dark beer packed with layers of chocolate, dark fruit, toasted biscuit and roasted malt character. Brewed with a blend of pale, crystal, chocolate, roasted barley, Chateau Wheat Black and oats, then balanced with Bramling X hops, Chimpy delivers a smooth, warming and satisfyingly boozy finish.
