The tenth release in Northern Monk's Fresh From The Old Flax Store series, this seasonal hazy pale ale celebrates the annual British green hop harvest. Brewed in collaboration with Harewood Food & Drink Project, it showcases freshly picked hops grown locally at Harewood's hop garden. The garden began with classic British varieties including Fuggles and Challenger, but years of cross-pollination have created a distinctive and unpredictable hop blend. Added to the brew shortly after harvesting, these fresh hops deliver bright fruity flavours and vibrant grassy aromas that are difficult to replicate with dried hops. At 5.6%, this limited seasonal release celebrates the freshness and character of locally grown British hops.
